How To Use

BD. Take a quarter capful between your morning and evening tea. Pour it on top of the tea and drink it down.

VD. Half an hour after breakfast, put a quarter teaspoon in your mouth and drink water with it.

R4. Warm half a teaspoon of the oil. Massage it gently into the knees, then wrap each knee with a plastic bag to hold the warmth in.

Check the oil on the back of your hand first. It should feel warm, never hot. Keep to the course daily without skipping, as joint work builds up slowly.
