Nukhta Beeni is the practice Dr. Ibrahim teaches for building that focus. This pad is what you work through to do it.

What Is Nukhta Beeni?

Nukhta Beeni means point observation. The word comes from the Quranic idea of tafakkur and tadabbur, contemplation and reflection.

The method itself is simple. Each page carries 3,125 points. You draw a small circle around each one, working steadily across the page, with your full attention on what your hand is doing.

One page a day, for 120 days.

Why It Works

Focus is trained, not granted. What the practice does is hold your attention on one small repetitive task, every day, at the same hour, with nothing else competing for it.

Over four months, that daily discipline changes how long and how completely you can hold your attention on anything. Dr. Ibrahim's position is that 120 days is a full cycle, and the practice is built to that length for that reason.

The colour order is not arbitrary either. It follows the three-system division used in classical practice, which is why the pad is worked in three blocks rather than one.

The Three Colours

• Blue – the first 40 pages
• Red – the next 40 pages
• Green – the final 40 pages

Ballpoint, pointer or marker, whichever you prefer. What matters is that the colour changes at each 40-page mark.

How To Use

1. Fix a time and keep to it every day.
2. Close the room. Phone off. No interruptions.
3. Take one page and start from whichever side suits you.
4. Draw a small circle around each point. Keep the circles round, not crooked.
5. Work through the page with full attention.
6. One page daily for 120 days, changing colour every 40 pages.

Consistency is the whole method. A missed day is a broken cycle, so keep the time fixed and treat it as an appointment.
