Yes. Sending a question costs nothing. Paid consultation is a separate service, for people who need a personal examination or a prescription.
Will every question get an answer?
No, and we would rather say that clearly. Dr. Ibrahim answers a selected set of questions, usually the ones that will help the largest number of people. If a question needs a physical examination or test reports, it cannot be answered publicly.
How long does it take?
Questions are reviewed in batches. If yours is selected, you will get an email with the link once the answer is published.
Will my name or number appear on the website?
Never. Your name, email and phone number stay private and are used only to send you the answer. Published questions show nothing more than an age and a city, and you can ask for those to be removed too.
Can I write my question in Urdu?
Yes. Urdu, Roman Urdu or English — whichever is easier for you. Write your problem the way you would say it out loud.
Can I get medicine prescribed through this page?
