‎اے فور کا طریقہ یہ ہے کہ صبح شام رات تین ٹائم اس کا کوارٹر ڈھکن منہ میں لے کے اگر صرف ماؤت کا مسئلہ ہے تو اس کو کافی دیر منہ میں گھما کے کلی کر کے تھوک دیں اور اگر حلک کا مسئلہ تھائیرائڈ کے کیس میں لے رہے ہیں تو پھر اس کو ایک گلاس نیم گرم پانی میں ڈالیں اور تھوڑا تھوڑا منہ میں لیتے جائیں گردن پیچھے کر کے غرارہ کر کے اس کو پھینکتے چلے جائیں رات کو جو غرارہ کر کے پھینکیں گے اس کے بعد سادے پانی سے کلی نہیں کرنی ڈائریکٹ سنا ہے
