🌍 International Deliveries

We successfully deliver the vast majority of our international orders worldwide. Your order is processed in Pakistan and delivered to your address through our international delivery network.

International shipments are subject to the customs laws and import requirements of the destination country. These differ from country to country and remain beyond our control.

📋 Customer's Responsibility

The customer (Consignee) is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Full Name
• Complete Delivery Address
• Valid Contact Information
• Any documents required by customs authorities of the destination country

Failure to provide accurate information or comply with customs requirements may result in delays, holds, rejection, return, or destruction of the shipment.

🛃 Customs Clearance

Although 90%+ of our international orders are delivered successfully, customs authorities may occasionally:

• Hold the shipment
• Delay the shipment
• Return the shipment
• Reject the shipment
• Destroy the shipment per their applicable laws

All customs decisions are made solely by the destination country's authorities and are entirely beyond our control. Doctor Ibrahim shall not be held liable for any customs-related actions.

📦 Shipment Tracking & Transparency

If your shipment is delayed or held by customs, we will provide all available tracking details and status updates for transparency. You may use this information to communicate with the relevant authorities or courier services.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Doctor Ibrahim shall not be responsible for customs delays, holds, inspections, additional documentation requests, returns, rejection, destruction, or any losses arising from the customer's failure to comply with customs requirements. Our responsibility is limited to processing and dispatching your order per our shipping procedures.
